Relationship Counselling in Harpenden
Relationships are not always easy. Are you looking for someone to talk to in confidence? I am a Relate trained counsellor specialising in relationship counselling. Based in Harpenden, I offer individual and couple counselling. My aim when working with you is to build a strong therapeutic relationship based on safety, respect and empathy. My intention is to help you explore your current position and move forwards towards a stronger sense of personal well-being and more fulfilling relationships.
Relationships come in many forms: partnerships, marriages, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, friendships ......... I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing difficulties with a broad range of issues which include: anxiety, communication, repetitive rows, affairs and betrayals, parenting and step-parenting concerns, stress, work / financial pressures, separation / divorce and other major life changes (eg. having a baby, retirement, bereavement). I have a background in psychology and education and have a special interest in Asperger relationships. I base my counselling on an integrative approach tailored to meet your needs. My clients typically come from local towns such as St. Albans and Luton, as well as from Harpenden and surrounding villages. If you would like to discuss how counselling might help you then do please get in touch by email, text or phone.
